1. PRESS REMOTER IT SOUND JUST LIKE CHANGE BATTERY |

| When the battery is gone out, maybe this condition will appear, change the battery and it will be OK, please use the 1.5V AAA alkaline battery, it can be used about one month, when the distance become closer, change the battery. |

| 2. THE DISTANCE BECOME CLOSER. |

| Normally the battery is gone out, change the battery. Or check the antenna socket in the main box, it is fasten or not. Please fasten it. If the car glass is covered by sun film, this will reduce the remote and alarm distance. |

| 3. PRESS THE REMOTER, THE SYSTEM HAVE NO RESPONSE, BUT THE MAIN UNIT CAN ALARM AND FLASH LIGHT |

| Change the battery first and then check another remoter if it work or not, if it can work means the main unit is OK, learn the remoter to the main unit again, if it can not work yet, change remoter from the distributor or agent, if the other remoter can not work either, maybe the main unit have some problem, change it. |

| 4. LCD DISPLAY CAN'T CHANGE OR HAVEN'T ANY DISPLAY, BUT THE MAIN UNIT WORK WELL. THE REMOTER CAN'T ALARM |

| In the driving state, the display can't change, this is normal. In the other state, the display will change with state, press the lock button, the main unit will beep once, and lock the door, and the display on the remoter will change to lock state, if the main unit can lock the door, but the display can not change, check another remoter, if another remoter is OK, change a new remoter from the distributor, if another remoter have this things too, the main unit have some problem, change it is OK. |

| 5. SOME TIME THE DISTANCE IS LONG, SOME TIME IS SHORT. |
|
| Some place have strong electromagnetism disturb, this things will happen, some time the distance is very longer, some time is very short, some the industry device can make the distance become short, if you paste the antenna on the metal or on the sun film, this can reduce the distance either. In normal, the remote distance is 1000M and alarm distance is 1500M(air distance with no impediment), if have some building or other things between them, maybe the distance become 500M-800M or shorter, if the car is park under ground, the maybe the remoter can not control it on the ground. |

| 6. OPEN THE DOOR, THE SYSTEM CAN'T ALARM. |

| Mostly because the door switch is fault, in the normal state, open the door, the parking light will flash, this can adjust the door switch is good , change it. |

7. ON THE LCD OFTEN HAVE SHOCK INDICATOR, OR HAVE SHOCK ALARM |
|
| Mostly the shock sensor sensitivity is too high cause this, reduce the sensitivity of the shock sensor is OK, if it can not work, maybe the shock sensor is fault. |

| 8. THE MAIN UNIT SOME TIME IS OK, SOME TIME CAN'T WORK |
|
| Check the wires connect to the unit and check the fuse is fasten or not, the GND connection to the car body is well? If all of this is OK, maybe have some connection problem in the main unit, change it. |

| 9. ENTER ARM STATE, THE CAR BEEP 3 TIMES MORE(TOTAL 5), AND THEN IT WILL ALARM 30S LATER. |

| First check the door is closed completely, this is the alarm tone of door is open , if the door is closed, maybe the door switch is fault(you can adjust by open the door and check the turn light is flash or not, normally open the door the light will flash 10s), change it. Some kinds of car have dome light delay function, this maybe cause this things happen, our product can accept 30s dome light delay, otherwise please contact the dealer or distributor. |

| 10. WHEN DRIVING, FLASHING LIGHT, HORN SOUND, CUT OFF THE ENGINE |

| This state looks like anti-hijack, maybe the remoter's check button is pressed twice by mistake, in this condition, you should park the car beside the road, turn off the key, and then press the remoter's unlock button, or keep the KEY ON state, press the reset button beside the main box. But few chance this thing be happened. |

| 11. AFTER INSTALLATION, THE MAIN UNIT HAS NO RESPONSE, NO SOUND |

| First check the red power line should have 12V voltage, the black GND is well connected to the car body? and the fuse is fasten or not? open the door check the turn light flash or not? Check the horn is good or not(direct connect to the battery to check)? Re plugin the wires, and fasten it, if all is OK, maybe the main unit is fault, but few system has this problem. |

12. AIR COMPRESSOR LOCK CAN'T WORK |

| Check the wires, for air compressor lock you should cut off the black wire (air compressor lock selection), the lock driving time will delay to 4 seconds, if the action in fact is just the reverse with the remoter, exchange the power and GND connect to the wire 3 and 6. |

| 13. WHEN REMOTE START THE CAR, START CAR AND OFF TILL START 6 TIMES. |
|
This reason is the start signal is too weak, circle more circles on the high coil, for some electronics control injection car, the signal is very weak, please circle every cylinder high coil wire, or start signal connect to the oil lamp.
ATTENTION: For some cars have RFID immobilizer system, remote start can not start engine without car key, these cars can not install remote start function unless you leave the key on the car.
